I am missing
Sham, but in these conditions I cannot. Sham! Ah Sham! Ah Sham! Ah O people of
Sham! You reap what you sow... you reap what you sow, O people of Sham! What
the people of Damascus need is that their ruler be from them - from the people
of Damascus.The biggest mistake is to bring people from the mountains &
valleys to come and rule in Damascus. This is their stupidity. The stupidity of
the people of Damascus. La Hawla wa la Quwwata illa Billah, La Hawla wa la
Quwwata illa Billah The people of Sham, the people of Hums, the people of
Halab, all of them. The one ruling must be from the people of Damascus/Sham,
and in Damascus.
The power has to be with the ruler. They left ruling and work in
trade, crafting & tourism. This is another matter. We want that the rulers
be from the people of Damascus. They did not take care, the people of Damascus,
they did not give importance, the importance of those who are ruling. They did
not listen to the words of the Prophet (saws). And The Holy Quran makes clear
who are Ulul Amr (Those who are ruling). Ulul Amr, those who are ruling. They
left the ruling to many sects from the army, and they killed each other. They
were not cautious...they were not cautious the people of Sham. Who goes against
Divine Orders, is punished with a punishment, till they realize. So they may
know, what it is to be against the orders of Allah (jwa).
From the people of Damascus there are no Shaykhs or scholars left,
not even a religious man that people may listen to. People ran behind to be living
the lifestyle of the western people. Western people are the worst of
unbelievers. And all the time they are keeping their eyes on Damascus &
surroundings. The whole area, and the people of Damascus did not pay attention.
They did not listen to the words of Al Haqq (swt) from the Glorious Quran &
from the words of Haqq, from the Prophet (saws) of the end of times.
And the one
who came now wants to rule according to his liking, and if you don't like it
leave & go or you will either be killed or escape. Escape, there is nothing
else. If you want follow the rulers, or you will perish. Perishing...that is
what there is. Now you obey the ruler. People will be between either obeying or
being killed or they will leave their countries, or they will be chained & exiled.
They will live having to kiss the hand & feet of the rulers. This is not
honourable for the Muslim people.
How many years I lived in Damascus? How many years, maybe 40 years
or more. I have never seen any person in charge of the army affairs, who does
not have all the power. The power is not in the hands of the politicians, no!
The power is with who has the power, the one who is

ruling. The
army is the one who is ruling, not the politicians. The politicians are under
their power. One can collect them & throw them into the sea, who will ask
about them? And who will ask about them will also be taken &thrown in the
sea, this is right They did not learn & they did not ask to be taught. The
biggest thing for them is to be a great businessman. No, the ruler should be
Ulul Amr. (ruler obeying Divine orders) Because here and in the hereafter, the
power rules. The power rules means, who has the power, he is the ruler of the
country. The rest of them with their wealth no matter how rich they are, they
are under the power of the ruler. Who has an army, and who rules the army, they
are the rulers. Who rules the market is not the Sultan-ruler, no never! From
the beginning to end this is how it is. What can we do!
Can we teach the people of Sham? No! They are the scholars they know
everything. But they filled up boxes... safe boxes vaults & sat. And that
came to them... They say bring all that you have, after they take all they say
"fine you also come" - to be questioned, "from where did you
bring all this?" How did you gain all this fortune? They complain, they
kill, they throw them & not one question. Every day one man goes on
television and says "I am the ruler of the country". He doesn't
listen to what 20 or 25 million people say, but he says "you have to
listen to me, because the power is with me. I will govern you and I will govern
as I like, not as you like. And who disobeys, I will throw them away, so that I
will govern." Turkey is also like this. Iraq the same, Egypt the same,
Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Yemen Iran all of them are like this. One man says
"I will govern as I want, as I like! Because the power is with me &
who is against me, I will destroy him! I will remove them from their roots. I
am the governor! And you must obey my orders."
What can you do? Allah (swt) says" Wa A'iddu Lahum Ma Astatatum
Min Quwatin" (8:60) This addressing is for who? For the Muslims? Or for
others? "Prepare against them with power, including steeds of war to
threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides whom, you may not
know.." (8:60). Who disobeys the orders of Allah (swt) will be punished.
Will be punished. "Jaza'an Wifaqan" (78:26) (an exact punishment).
This is a mistake of the majority of Muslims. They did not preserve the Divine
orders of Allah (jwa). For whom is this verse?"Prepare against them with
power" (8:60) This addressing is for who? For the Armenians? for the Jews?
For the Israelis? For the Russians? No! For the Muslims &
believers."Prepare against them with power"(8:60) Instead of getting
ready they gave a chance & these came in groups and they started governing.
They took control. If they kill everyone in the streets, who will question
them? Get prepared, no! You want o you people of Sham, people of Syria, people
of Iraq, people of Egypt with your cries in the streets, you think you will
defeat the government? No! Defeat the army? No! Defeat your enemies? No! For
what you do this? Why are you out on the streets? Why are you out on the
streets?
And especially Allah (awj) prohibited that your women be out
"Wa Qarna Fi Buyutikunna" (33:33) Why are they out on the streets?
Your women, for what reason... for what order, do you

leave your women to go out from their homes & protest in the
streets? Especially the young ladies & the young men, young people, young
girls to go crying out. To hear the voice of women is forbidden! How are they
going out with their bodies? What is this? How can they understand what is
Islam? La Hawla wa la quwwata illa Billah Al Aliyi Al Azim Who disobeys will be
punished. "Falyahdhari Al-Ladhina Yukhalifuna An Amrihi An Tusibahum
Fitnatun Aw Yusibahum Adhabun Alimun" (24:63) "Falyahdhari.."-
Beware! Allah (jmk) says. Yukhalifuna An Amrihi - They disobey His orders. (24:63)
Wa Qarna Fi Buyutikunna - stay in your homes. (33:33) If their women may stay
at home Allah (swt) puts a protection on the homes. It would not be possible
for a man or a soldier to knock on the door or break the door & enter. No,
there are angels protecting. A protection for them, with the angels. The army
will fear & will take care. It will be as if they were hit with
electricity. The angels are there in front of their homes protecting.
Where are the scholars? Where are the people of knowledge? Where are
the men of religion? There are no religious men! Muslims, all of us are
servants for the Lord (swt). They forgot! They forgot the orders of the Lord,
and "display themselves like the times of the first period of
ignorance"(33:33) Allah (swt) will not help them, He (swt) will not
support them. No support! And if there is no Divine support from Heavens, both
sides go to hell. Naudhu Billah... May Allah (swt) pardon us and sends us a
King to teach the Muslims their religion, their faith and their life style. Not
the life style they are leading, it is not Muslim. All of them... say "we
want to be like western people" What is there in the West? In West there
is no Halal or Haram, (permissible & forbidden things) everything for them
is permissible. "Yes and we want this freedom!" Freedom means, to
break the limits set by Allah (swt). "This limit we do not want it in
front of us, we want to break it & go!" They broke it and went over it
& found themselves cursed in this world. May Allah (swt) forgive us in the
hereafter. Tawba Ya Rabbi, tawba astaghfirullah.
If they were keeping the Shariat in Sham, there are the 40 saints,
just one of them would shake the whole world. In the year 1943 when the French
attacked the parliament. The French attacked & killed the guardians of the
building. Sham was at the time under their control. They entered every area
& they were vile. Mawlana S. Abdullah Daghastani Hz(qAsaa) he was there in
the area called Maidan. Maidan at the Maqam of Shaykh Hassan Al Jibawi Hz, may
Allah (swt) always raises his station and may He (swt) support us with his
support. Mawlana said, while he was sitting upstairs in a room and under it
there is the Maqam of the Saint. The French entered every area, and Mawlana was
sitting.. and they came, these French. Mawlana Shaykh was looking from up. One
look from him, they all trembled and they didn't know how.. how to retreat.
There are 40 Saints there. One look from them, the whole army will
fall down on the ground. They returned back and did not enter Maidan, they
could not. You see, they reached up to there

& turned back. They trembled.... Then Allah (swt) sent upon them
in the appearing world,the British. The British army. I was in Hums at that
time. Every car was like from here to there, on them they carried tanks &
they entered. The British came, they were coming from Aleppo to Damascus. They
made the French to be silent & pushed them out. The French left & went
away. This was their time, then was the time of Shukri Al Quwatli Shukri Al
Quwati, may Allah's (swt) mercy be upon him. There is power. It is not as if
there isn't, but it is to teach them a lesson. So they may follow the orders of
Allah (jwa). So they glorify! They are not glorifying "& they display
themselves like the times of the first period of ignorance"(33:33)
They have been assigned to each other so they may learn a lesson.
Until they say "Tawba Ya Rabbi, tawba!" For what are they on the
streets, these young ladies with young men, for what is this? Is this Islam?
Astaghfirullah... Tawba Ya Rabbi, tawba astaghfirullah.. Tawba Ya Rabbi, tawba
astaghfirullah.. Ya Rabbi Ya Allah (swt) Ya Rabbi Ya Allah(swt)"Appoint
for us a king so we fight in Allah's Way" (2:246) So we may fight the
unbelievers, the ones who left Islam, oppressors, Ya Allah! We are all Your
servants & Allah(swt) made a group to be against another to teach them a
lesson. Tawba Ya Rabbi, tawba... Tawba astaghfirullah. Fatiha.
